Ordering

To place your order, visit the Products page. Next to each item you would like to order, enter the quantity and click the "Add To Cart" button. Quantity discounts are calculated automatically. When you are ready to complete your order, click the "Checkout" button, complete the forms, and your books will be on their way soon!

Orders can also be placed by mail or fax.

All purchase orders must be done by mail or fax.

For your safety, we use eProcessingNetwork.com's Verisign-certified, secure server to process your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover order.

Desert Song Productions

Your order appears as a charge to "Desert Song Productions" on your credit card statement.

Shipping And Handling

Generally, items are shipped within 24 hours of your order. If we are out of stock on an item, we will contact you immediately.

Three shipping options are available through the United States Postal Service:

• Media Mail (3-7 business days) FREE!, any quantity
• Priority Mail (2-3 business days) $7.00, any quantity
• Express Mail (1 business day) $21.00 and up

Based on the weight of your order, the Express Mail rate is calculated and presented to you at checkout.

Retailers

To establish retailer/tax-exempt status, please fax a copy of your state business license to Desert Song Productions at (520) 844-8166.

In order to obtain wholesale prices on orders of only one book, please use the Retailer Order Form.

Our shopping cart automatically adds tax to all Arizona orders. Thus, all Arizona tax-exempt orders must be placed by mail, phone, or fax using the Retailer Order Form.
